Very professional experience from start to finish.I was hit by another driver and I was originally with another insurance company at the time. They completely failed in their process, so I was recommended to PVM by DT Car Repairs, a local bodyworks company.Elle Cordery took on my case and from the beginning, when I was in a difficult position, she went above and beyond to sort this all out and keep me posted at all stages of the process.I was given a replacement hire car in 2 days and from then on, it was a very fluid process.I have my car back as of today and all is well. I can only thank Elle and PVM to getting to this stage and I will be recommending your company to other people, who may have had a similar issue with large Insurance companies.Thanks again!

Had a really good experience with PVM I’ve never had to use my insurance in 15 years and no fault of mine I had a crash the day before I was going on holiday I was stressed over whelmed and not a clue where to start thankfully I was passed to Jessica Withers who I can’t thank enough the patience this women has is outstanding I don’t understand insurance and she repeated herself to me over again until I got what was going on, she answered all my silly questions and reassured me and I didn’t have to do a thing it was all so quick and easy. I had a courtesy the day I got home from holiday and Jessica made what was suppose to be stressful time an easy straight forward less stressful experience. Thank you so much for all you have done and hopefully I won’t need PVM again but I feel rest assured that if I needed to it will be ok! Thanks again defo recommend and thanks Jessica Withers and PVM.

I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a write-off car collision in September 2023.My insurance wouldn't provide me with a car, even though I was not at fault, because apparently a write-off wasn't covered in the smallprint.My insurance company were also really difficult to communicate with and information was sparse and important data went missing.I contacted PVM and they quickly provided me with a good quality hire car & took over the handling of everything, and finally ensured that my insurance company paid out the money due to me, which is all sorted as of today, early February 2024.Leyla and Melissa were professional, courteous and efficient at handling my case; providing me with updates and keeping things running smoothly, and I can't thank them enough.
