I was involved in a nasty head on crash with a driver who fell asleep. Whilst progress vehicle management were unable to help with my written off vehicle. They quickly organised a like for like SUV for me to use whilst I waited for my settlement figure to come through. Karolina, Aaron and Toni were all extremely helpful and responsive quickly organizing the car to be delivered and picked up as well as answering any queries I had before and during the hire. The vehicle itself was beautifully presented and the gentlemen who dropped off and collected the vehicle were very professional and friendly as well.

Emily was very much responsive and addressed my queties and concerns. I was not happy with initial delivery provided by the Driver is initially the car was provided without a type two charging cable when I asked I was updated by the driver that they do not provide type two cables as it is not provided by the company I said to him it is provided by the company, but he said he will confirm from the management I raised my concerns on the email and the management responded positively by saying they will provide a cable next day. car provided was in reasonably okay but the only issue was the mileage Car would give was around 140 miles per charge otherwise I am happy with the progress vehicle management.

She must be the owner or one of the owners as she handled everything as if the business is hers.
Right from the start of my claim to when I got my car back, Emily was outstanding. Polite, professional, prompt and corresponding was top notch. She made everything so simple and easy for me.
It felt as if I had nothing to do as Emily was on top of everything and I was always kept in the loop at every stage till I got my car back. Nothing was ever too much.

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I first spoke with Layla, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really listen and ask the right questions, never rushing me—even though it was close to the end of the day. Layla made sure to stay in touch with message and kept me updated throughout. She clearly explained the entire process, and any time I had a question, she was always available and happy to help. This was my final time using a courtesy car, and she truly made the process seamless and stress-free.
Later, I ran into some issues with a third-party insurer, and that’s when Emilia stepped in. She was incredible—calm, patient, and went above and beyond to find solutions. Her understanding and compassion meant so much to me during a frustrating time.

I had a very bad road traffic accident and was unsure of what to do. Thankfully, my friend referred me to Progress Vehicle Management, and I was fortunate to have Miss Leyla Nart assigned to handle my case. She was very kind, polite, and I must say, she has a sweet voice (she must be a singer!). She provided me with a replacement vehicle, allowing me to get back on the road. As a taxi driver, my car is my only source of income, and thanks to Leyla, I was able to return to work and resume earning.

Only used them briefly after being refered by my insurance to assist with a hire car. The service was quick, friendly, and profesional. They were on hand for advise, and the car supplied looked good condition. Currently waiting to hand the car back, if it goes as smoothly, I can happily say my treatment was deserving of 5 stars.

I was involved in light collision back in Dec and my insurance contacted Progress Vehicle Management to deal with the repairs. My liaison officer was Emily. I was involved in quite a serious hit and run incident and was recommended Progress Vehicle Management by a close friend. Tom and Leyla took over my case and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced better customer service before, both Tom and Leyla made sure they communicated every step with me and made sure I left satisfied throughout the whole process. I have now used their services on two separate occasions and honestly cannot find any faults or wrong-doings on their behalf. Would highly recommend!

Madam Emily Jackson spoke to me today regarding my motorbike accident. Since I could not understand English well, she arranged an interpreter for me and resolved my matter very quickly. I felt as though I had known Miss Emily Jackson before—she is so polite, kind, and professional.
She explained all the terms and conditions in simple language that I could easily understand. Whenever I seemed unsure, she asked the interpreter to double-check with me to ensure I fully understood what she was saying.

My friend had previously dealt with a serious case through PVM and is a great admirer of their way of working. I was assisted by Elle, Connor, and Vicki. They arranged a translator for me so I could communicate in my language, and the entire process went smoothly. excellent experience dealing with Leyla, my car was booked in for its repairs and a hire car booked to be delivered for the same day, i didn't hear anything from the hire dept for over a week and it was getting closer to my supposed repair and hire delivery day, when i rang i was told that they didn't have a car for me for the day me and Leyla had arranged, and could the dates be changed, obviously this couldn't happen as my car was booked in for repairs, and this would mean going a full weekend without a vehicle, so after a few calls back and forth Leyla got this all sorted, and i was offered a choice of three cars for delivery, i picked my car and it arrived on the day we arranged, the delivery driver was lovely too.

Had quite a fairly easy time considering 3rd party didn’t want to take liability. Leyla really worked her magic and made it happen and possible for my car to get fixed. Process was easy and I felt in the loop with everything going on. Hire car was delivered within a few days of confirmation of liability and my car was delivered back clean and tidy and completely fixed! Thank you for the help!

I would highly recommend this company because I received excellent service staff involvement. Jessica Withers was the lady whom I spoke with and she was absolutely outstanding; she explained everything clearly and step-by-step, always keeping me updated on my claim progress and what the next stage was. I didn't have to call up all the time to get an update because she provided it via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. Jessica went the extra mile and more to help me, and I would recommend anyone to deal with her.
I also want to thank the transport management who went out of their way to drop off a courtesy car. Even though it was nasty wet weather they came and delivered the courtesy car for me, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you so much to the whole team for their great teamwork.

Very professional experience from start to finish.
I was hit by another driver and I was originally with another insurance company at the time. They completely failed in their process, so I was recommended to PVM by DT Car Repairs, a local bodyworks company.
Elle Cordery took on my case and from the beginning, when I was in a difficult position, she went above and beyond to sort this all out and keep me posted at all stages of the process.
I was given a replacement hire car in 2 days and from then on, it was a very fluid process.
I have my car back as of today and all is well. I can only thank Elle and PVM to getting to this stage and I will be recommending your company to other people, who may have had a similar issue with large Insurance companies.
