Very Unhappy with the level of communication and lack of professional customer service with this company.
I have notified them on numerous occasion that their replacement vehicle is difficult to drive and not very suitable for my needs. Apart from one individual , they all continue to ignore me concerns and brush me aside . They don't even reply to my WhatsApp messages anymore.

This was my final time using a courtesy car, and she truly made the process seamless and stress-free.
Later, I ran into some issues with a third-party insurer, and that’s when Emilia stepped in. She was incredible—calm, patient, and went above and beyond to find solutions. Her understanding and compassion meant so much to me during a frustrating time.

I had a very bad road traffic accident and was unsure of what to do. Thankfully, my friend referred me to Progress Vehicle Management, and I was fortunate to have Miss Leyla Nart assigned to handle my case. She was very kind, polite, and I must say, she has a sweet voice (she must be a singer!). She provided me with a replacement vehicle, allowing me to get back on the road. As a taxi driver, my car is my only source of income, and thanks to Leyla, I was able to return to work and resume earning.

Only used them briefly after being refered by my insurance to assist with a hire car. The service was quick, friendly, and profesional. They were on hand for advise, and the car supplied looked good condition. Currently waiting to hand the car back, if it goes as smoothly, I can happily say my treatment was deserving of 5 stars.

They arranged a translator for me so I could communicate in my language, and the entire process went smoothly. excellent experience dealing with Leyla, my car was booked in for its repairs and a hire car booked to be delivered for the same day, i didn't hear anything from the hire dept for over a week and it was getting closer to my supposed repair and hire delivery day, when i rang i was told that they didn't have a car for me for the day me and Leyla had arranged, and could the dates be changed, obviously this couldn't happen as my car was booked in for repairs, and this would mean going a full weekend without a vehicle, so after a few calls back and forth Leyla got this all sorted, and i was offered a choice of three cars for delivery, i picked my car and it arrived on the day we arranged, the delivery driver was lovely too.

Had quite a fairly easy time considering 3rd party didn’t want to take liability. Leyla really worked her magic and made it happen and possible for my car to get fixed. Process was easy and I felt in the loop with everything going on. Hire car was delivered within a few days of confirmation of liability and my car was delivered back clean and tidy and completely fixed! Thank you for the help!

Had a really good experience with PVM I’ve never had to use my insurance in 15 years and no fault of mine I had a crash the day before I was going on holiday I was stressed over whelmed and not a clue where to start thankfully I was passed to Jessica Withers who I can’t thank enough the patience this women has is outstanding I don’t understand insurance and she repeated herself to me over again until I got what was going on, she answered all my silly questions and reassured me and I didn’t have to do a thing it was all so quick and easy.
