Progress Vehicle Management were honoured to be able to host a table of guests on the 27th September at The Cirque Du Revival Ball at The Peninsula Hotel.
It was a wonderful evening and a huge shout goes out to the team at African Revival. The event raised at least £185,000, which is absolutely fantastic and a new record.
This enormous total is due to so many generous people and a huge number of auction prizes being generously donated during silent and live auctions which were almost a sell-out.
A huge congratulations to the Sponsors of the event:
- Adrian Flux – RPJ Band
- All Broker Services – Champagne Reception
- Howden – Event Programme
- Insenture Underwriting – Live Auction
- Skywave – Table Gifts
Funds raised will be allocated to the following projects:-
- A new four-classroom block with furniture, a rainwater harvesting tank and latrines for boys, girls and teachers at Kozi Primary School, South Sudan.
- A new three-classroom block with furniture and a rainwater harvesting tank in Koboko District, Northern Uganda.
- Girls’ Advocacy Clubs project in Northern Uganda – from January 2025 we will establish 20 new clubs and provide reusable pad-making workshops in Omoro District.
- Teacher training in Maridi, South Sudan.
- Read Together libraries.
- Building blocks for nursery children.
A small team will be travelling to Uganda and South Sudan shortly including Progress Vehicle Management’s very own Gary Mason visiting projects, scoping out new ones and ensuring that funds are spent in the best possible way to maximise their impact and benefit as many children (with the largest need) as possible.
The ball was a huge success and pictures can be accessed HERE
