Ex-Insurer Claims Director, Paul Twilley has been appointed, Executive Consultant of Insurer Relations as a project-based advisor to help grow and expand the company’s claims handling footprint in the insurer, broker and MGA market. Paul will also offer valuable claims handling insight as well as helping to establish, maintain and improve the company’s fleet insurance and insurer protocol arrangements.
Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as a huge amount of admiration from his insurer and regulatory pier group colleagues.
With an outstanding CV Paul has held the position of Claims Director at Gibraltar based Mulsanne Insurance Company, Director of Key Claims & Administration Services as well as senior Director level appointments at Service Underwriting and Elite Incident Management. Paul has also served on the ABI credit hire focus group.
